Anybody help with what these are?

The larger one has a small pocket in it with crystals inside put that side in the right light it looks more purple and the orange section on it is semi see through, the smaller piece has very small brown cystal like points all over it?? sorry for quality of photos phone isn't the best cheers

hmm, hard to say for sure given the pics are a bit blurry, but top couple look like quartz (are they 6-sided crystals?), the brown ones could be iron-stained calcite and the yellow ones again could be a golden calcite (minor additions of other elements can change calcite from white to grey, yellow, pink)
The rock types where they were found will help with identification, but to find out better you could try going to a lapidary club meeting or ring the geology department at the museum or UTas
