Who does beach detecting, and what do you find.
Is it mainly junk, or do you find some good stuff as well.

a lot of the North coasts beaches have been very heavily detected the last few years. In Hobart you have Jason and quite a few others including groups hitting the beaches and parks etc.

Jason got $200 in modern coins in a few hours recently and made well over $5000 for the year in gold silver and coins. So it can be very worth it.

Recommended to get down the bottom of the beach on low tide. And if you can go underwater, the first gutter. And swept up areas on the beach. and high traffic areas just above high tide where the beach towels and sun baking bathers go to drop coins.

Many people do it, and a few make great money out of it.
